If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at thebutcherspet@gmail,com . Any orders shipped/fulfilled cannot be cancelled. If a box is lost/damaged we will discuss further action which may include replacing the product at our expense, providing you a full or partial credit, providing a refund of the purchase price, or determining that no remedy is appropriate. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund. We do not accept returns.
